This brand new house on "the other side of the island (a.k.a. the soundside)" will be just right for those long weekends or a full week at the beach. Plenty of water activities available; a private hot tub at the house and access to the community pool at Bermuda Bay, which is within walking distance. The clubhouse at Bermuda Bay also has a pool table and a small fitness center.

Your beach access is at the end of Ocean Bay Blvd and there is a nice bath house at this location. Park your car and enjoy the day at the beach!

No pets are permitted and there is no smoking allowed in the house. Bed sizes: 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 bunk set with a trundle bed. Sleeps 7. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. This home has a Saturday check in day (for full week stays).
